About the teachers
In partnership with Allens Training RTO #90909, we deliver comprehensive training in three key areas of competency. Trainer Sophie Li: "As a first aid trainer with two years of experience and an extensive background as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) at Bluecare, I bring hands-on expertise and industry knowledge to my training sessions. My dual roles have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare practices, enhancing the quality of education I deliver".
Course agenda
HLTAID011 PROVIDE FIRST AID TRAINING
- Recognise and assess in an emergency.
- Assess the casualty and recognise the need for cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Performing cardiopulmonary resuscitate (CPR) in accordance with ARC guidelines.
- Assess the casualty and recognise the need for first aid response.
- Provide first aid in accordance with established first aid principles.
- Monitor the condition of the casualty and respond in accordance with First Aid principles.
- Operate an automated external defibrillator (AED).
- Operate First Aid equipment.
- Provide first aid in accordance with established first aid principles.
